The staff at this resort are absolutely fantastic! From Ruby at reception to Eddie in the restaurant, they truly made our stay unforgettable. We especially enjoyed Samirah and Elvis, who were wonderful singers. The rooms were also quite stylish, giving a luxurious feel to our stay. Plus, the resort is located near key attractions, making it easy to explore the city.

This resort is not ideal for couples looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway. The atmosphere is family-oriented, with lots of children running around and making noise.

The luxury amenities at this hotel are top-notch. the swimming pool is large and offers plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas to relax on. the Spa & wellness centre provides a range of massage treatments that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. the restaurant serves delicious cuisine and the bar/lounge area is perfect for a cocktail in the evening. the service was excellent and the private facilities provided an exclusive experience.

That this hotel seemed to cater towards families with children rather than couples seeking a romantic getaway. There were many children in the outdoor swimming pool and Aqua park, which disrupted the peaceful atmosphere.

Despite the noisy kids running around, the staff here is quite friendly and accommodating. They make a real effort to brighten your day. If you're a member of Bonvoy, you can find a quieter place in the restaurant. the hotel is stylishly decorated and quite comfortable. the rooms are clean, well-maintained, and the bathrooms are spotless. the breakfasts are excellent, and there are plenty of facilities available to keep you entertained.
